Ok now that I've read up on Fugu (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fugu) - is this actually what you had? Did it give you the sensation on tongue like the article says?

Yeah our lips tingled due to the poison. But it was the blandest thing that i have ever eaten.

Good work! Impressive. I thought I was brave for eating raw chicken in Osaka, but to go the puffer fish whilst still twitching wins.
